— Hemanth Munipalli, a longtime finance exec most recently at Expedia Group, joined Remitly as CFO effective July 18.

Munipalli joined Expedia in 2016 and was CFO of Egencia before becoming senior vice president and CFO for the travel giant’s Marketplace Services arm. He was previously CFO of General Motors China.

Remitly, a Seattle-based digital remittance software provider, announced last month that CFO Susanna Morgan was stepping down after four years at the company. Morgan, who helped take Remitly public last year, will serve as a senior advisor through September.

— Kunal Chopra joined Beckett Collectibles as CEO. Chopra, based in Seattle, previously was CEO at Kaspien, a Spokane, Wash.-based e-commerce platform previously known as Etaliz. He also spent time at Microsoft, Amazon, Unikrn, and Groupon in executive roles.

“We are building the ultimate platform for physical and digital collectors — a place for collectors to manage their entire portfolio of alternative investments that not only includes a new brand, empathetic collector experiences, software and analytics products, but also tech-enabled grading, authentication, and vaulting services,” Chopra wrote on LinkedIn.

— Aduro, a Seattle-area health tech startup, promoted two executives: Justin Jed as chief operating officer, and Cliff Drane as chief experience officer. Both joined Aduro last March after working together at Limeade, where they each held vice president roles.
